The worst customer service I have ever faced. I was trying to communicate with a lady named Danniele, about an order and the shipping procedure and the answers I was receiving were like automated from a robot. I am pretty sure she didn`t even bother to read my messages. I can`t stop thinking the scenario I was trying to replace a faulty lens. It would be a dead end. No way. Negative stars rate.
Before I was spending $50+ on RayBan lenses when my glasses got scratched, but for just $30 and in half the time for shipping how can it get any better?. I'm legit blown away -- plus the little case, sticker, and glasses soft case.. I'm one happy customer.
